Mr. Shapiro has prosecuted and defended both State and Federal Court cases.  He is very active within the Clark County District Court and Las Vegas Justice Court.  Mr. Shapiro has litigated breach of contract, collection, personal injury, fair debt collection practice act violations, fraudulent transfers, fraud, and all other aspects of commercial litigation cases.
